Piazza Armerina, Morgantina ed Enna

The Tour of Piazza Armerina, Enna and Morgantina will take you to the "Heart" of Sicily, to discover the Villa Romana del Casale, a late Roman patrician construction (Constantinian Age), with its famous mosaics, among the best preserved over time.
The first stop will be the Villa where we will spend 2 hours to be able to visit the villa in complete tranquility even with the help of a tourist guide (to be requested); after visiting the site, we will move to Morgantina, an ancient Sicilian-Greek city, where it will be possible to visit the remains of the ancient town centre, the agora, the theater and the furnace.
The third stop of the tour is the city of Enna, known for being the highest provincial capital in Italy, due to the altitude of the town centre, 931 metres above sea level. at the Town Hall and reaches 992 metres at the Castello di Lombardia; to visit in the city, the Lombardy Castle, the Cathedral and the Tower of Frederick II.

This tour can be associated with other routes such as: Lake Pergusa, with the most important car circuit in Sicily, immersed in a green equipped natural park or a visit to the city of Caltagirone, the home of Sicilian ceramics par excellence.
